YP3040 Pan-Tilt Motor


The YP3040 Pan-Tilt Motor is a compact motor for use with AXIS Q1755 Network Cameras and AXIS Q1910/-E Thermal Cameras. With 355 degrees of pan, and +10 to -80 degrees of tilt at a speed of 7.5 degrees/second, and 32 preset positions, the YP3040 provides basic pan-tilt functionality to installations where a cost-effective solution is required.

Axis network cameras drive security at Yarra Honda


The team at Yarra Honda wanted to take the best preventative measures to ensure the security of their new inner-city Melbourne premises, and the wide range of Honda models and other vehicles kept there. Yarra Honda engaged Axis partners Alphawest and LAN1 to implement an IP surveillance solution that would meet their needs. A combination of Axis network cameras were installed to monitor the whole building including the main sales floor, office areas and entire facility perimeter.

Axis provides loss prevention solution for pharmacies


Echassons Pharmacy, located in a busy shopping mall in Longpont-sur-Orge, France, suffered from extremely high shrinkage. A €20,000 inventory shortfall spurred the owner to install surveillance cameras to help locate and eliminate the causes of shrinkage. Vidéoconsult, an Axis partner specializing in shopping centers, installed Axis megapixel network cameras to monitor the pharmacy’s sales floor. Since the installation, shrinkage has dropped to almost zero and the system has paid for itself in just 3 months.
